888poker and Grosvenor Casinos in the United Kingdom are teaming up for a unique live poker tournament this weekend. 888poker LIVE Weekend runs Oct. 28-31 with a £444 buy-in and online qualifiers are underway.
The event is held at Victoria Casino (aka “The Vic”) – home to London’s longest-running poker room. Players of all bankrolls can take advantage of 888’s online qualifiers to join the fun.
Getting in the 888poker/Grosvenor action, more live events in the works
For players looking to play, 888poker is offering feeder satellites into the event. 888 LIVE Weekend features four starting flights.
Satellite tournaments are currently underway and players will have plenty of opportunities to secure a Day 2 seat. The second day of action starts on Oct. 31 at The Vic.
The event comes as 888 begins getting back to the live poker scene. The site announced last week that more can be expected in the coming months at venues around the globe.
