The premier poker power couple continues to rack up wins and money in 2025. Just a couple of weeks ago, Kristen won a US Poker Open event, and now it was Alex’s turn to add a USPO trophy to the family’s haul.
Alex conquered Event #7: $15,100 NLH for a large score of $340,200 after a substantial heads-up comeback against Neil Warren. Foxen began heads-up play down in chips by a ratio of 4 to 1, but was able to turn the tables swiftly. He overcame the 81-entry field to capture the title.
This is already the second PokerGo Tour title of the year for Alex, which has now completely put to bed the two-year PGT title hiatus that had plagued him before the early part of this year.
Foxen’s resume is so absurd in its success that the score of $340,200, which would be massive and a career best for the majority of poker players, is only the 22nd best cash of Foxen’s career. It adds a small chunk to the $45.7 million in career earnings for him.
This win puts Alex in second place for the 2025 PGT leaderboard behind only Eric Blair. Alex’s wife, Kristen is also a significant factor in the PGT player of the year race right now as she sits in fourth place overall.
