Fifty couples whose invitation to the nuptials of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle apparently was lost in the mail will be selected to attend a royal wedding viewing party at Rivers Casino. The party will include a traditional English breakfast, multiple television screens showing the live broadcast of the ceremony, an English brunch of sausage, baked beans, fried eggs, black pudding, grilled tomatoes, and other dishes, and a wedding cake of lemon and elderflower by Rivers’ in-house pastry chef.
Contestants must explain in no more than 100 words why they should be invited to the soiree. A panel of Pittsburgh wedding planners will select 50 winners of two tickets each. The event starts at 6:30 a.m. EDT May 19. Entries must be submitted by May 4. Winners will be notified by email on May 11.
