Poker power couple Cherish Andrews and Brock Wilson had a very successful showing in Florida in the $25K Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown High Roller.

Alex and Kristen Foxen typically get most of the attention in terms of poker couples as both continue to churn out top results. However, Andrews and Wilson are a formidable couple of their own, and this result only adds to their growing reputation.

The two made the final four players of the 70-entry event, where a deal was discussed with the remaining players, Frank Brannan and Clemen Deng. Late tournament poker strategy can often involve deal discussion, which ended up happening here. After discussions, Andrews was deemed the winner, while Wilson settled for third-place prize money.

Andrews took home $408,265 while Wilson pocketed $313,410, which means the couple made a staggering $721,675 together.

Both Andrews and Wilson are well-respected and high-level players. Andrews was the 2024 GPI Female Player of the Year and has over $3.3 million in career earnings. Meanwhile, Wilson is in the top 20 in the 2025 GPI Player of the Year race and has over $10.6 million in career earnings.

This 1st place win for Andrews is a new high score for her, topping her previous best cash of $259,200 in a 2022 WPT Wynn event. For Wilson, the third-place score was the seventh-best of his career. His career-high watermark came in the 2024 Wynn Summer Classic for $626,429.

Andrews went to X to celebrate her win, posted by Seminole Hard Rock. She noted that Wilson would not oblige her and sit in her lap in the winner’s pic with her as the winner of the tournament.
