Online poker players with lower bankrolls are in luck with the upcoming microMILLION$ series at GGPoker. The festival kicks off on Sunday and runs through July 3 with $5 million in prizes guaranteed.

The series is geared toward low rollers and features buy-ins starting at just $1.05 with a $25 Main Event. 

GG is also promising plenty of other opportunities for players to get in the action as well as some interesting tournament twists.

“If you’re sick of the same old tournament series, then the new microMILLION$ is for you,” head of GGPoker Sarne Lightman said in a news release. “We’re aiming to put the fun and excitement back into poker, and with buy-ins from around $1 and over $5 million to be won, microMILLION$ tournaments are for everyone to enjoy.”

Inside the series at GGPoker

The $25 microMILLION$ Main Event highlights the series and comes with some nice bang for the buck, a $1 million guarantee. Three starting flights arerun on July 3 with Day 2 then set for July 4.

The $5 Mini Global MILLION$ sees several starting flights beginning on June 19. Day 2 then plays out June 27 with $250,000 guaranteed.

Fans of bounty events are also in luck with a big $1 million guaranteed tournament. The $10.50 Mystery Bounty MILLION$ begins with starting flights on June 23 with Day 2 on July 4.

Free opportunities to get in the action

Beyond the smaller buy-ins, GGPoker is offering players even more opportunities to take a seat in the series.

The site will give out thousands of free microMILLION$ tickets in twice-daily Bonus Chance freerolls.

GG automatically registers players finishing outside the money into these events. The freerolls then run the following day.

GGPoker microMILLION$ 2022

Busy month for GGPoker

The microMILLION$ only adds to a busy time for GGPoker. The company is a major sponsor of the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas and announced the signings of podcaster and player Jeff Gross and commentator Ali Nejad earlier this week. The two new as ambassadors will help add to the site’s content creation efforts.

The company also recently announced a new feature allowing players to use their NFTs as avatars. The company gave PokerScout an inside look at the new offering.

In May the company also added to its poker strategy content significantly with the release of the “Ask Fedor” feature. The training tool features GG ambassador Fedor Holz and uses artificial intelligence to help players review hands.

Online poker players have some big options in May and that includes a massive new series at GGPoker. The site’s GG Online Championship series kicks off Thursday and runs through May 31 with a $150 million guarantee.

The festival offers players more than 100 events with over 40 of those offering a guarantee of at least $1 million. GG also has numerous events offering nice paydays for players of all bankrolls.

“It’s great to be able to introduce a brand new tournament series that all GGPoker players can enjoy, and the GG Online Championship is the biggest and best series ever,” GGPoker ambassador Daniel Negreanu said in a news release.

“We’re doubling the guarantees seen elsewhere. Players will be leaving a lot of value behind them if they don’t take full advantage at GGPoker this month.”

Inside the GGPoker Online Championships

Players jumping in the action will find four different buy-in tiers: Super High, High, Medium, and Low. The company hopes to appeal to players of all bankroll levels and buy-in preference.

The $1,500 Main Event highlights the series with an $8 million guarantee. The final day of action is set for May 29 and should award a huge payout to the winner.

Those looking for a smaller price point may want to check out the $50 MILLION$ Mini Main Event with $1 million guaranteed. Starting flights for that event get underway on May 8.

On the other end of the spectrum, high rollers will want to circle the $10,300 Super MILLION$ Main Event on their calendars. That event comes with a $10 million guarantee with starting flights beginning May 15. Other highlights from the series include:

• Event 3-H/M, $2,100 and $210 Thursday Thriller Bounty Kickoff events – $1 million and $500,000 guaranteed (starting flights begin May 5) 
• $50 Omaholic MILLION$ – $250,000 guaranteed (starting flights begin May 8)
• $400 GGOC Spring Classic – $2 million guaranteed (starting flights begin May 15)
• $400 Omaholic Spring Championship – $1 million guaranteed (starting flights begin May 15)
• Event 116-H: $10,300 Super MILLION$ High Roller Championship (two-day event) – $6 million guaranteed (May 29)
• $1,500 Omaholic Main Event – $1.5 million guaranteed (May 29, final day)

Additional cash on the line, streaming plans

Along with big prize pools on the line, GG is also offering players a chance to compete on three different leaderboards. Competitors have a shot at a share of $500,000 awarded for the High, Medium, and Low buy-in tiers.
