The judgment\u2019s amount would effectively repay the casino for Ivey\u2019s disputed baccarat win.<\/p>\n Borgata pursued this line of legal recourse after Ivey indicated that his New Jersey<\/strong> assets were insufficient to cover the judgment amount.
