PGCB confirms that talks about shared liquidity for online poker had begun before the new DOJ opinion was handed down.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Online poker in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has been delayed as a result of the recent reinterpretation of the Wire Act by the US Department of Justice.<\/p>\n Official word came from Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board Executive Director Kevin O\u2019Toole last week during a House Appropriations Committee budget hearing.<\/p>\n
