Massachusetts<\/strong> residents and visitors will have an opportunity to take part in an unprecedented gambling event this year. An MGM<\/strong> poker tour in conjunction with Borgata<\/strong> is coming to the Bay State.<\/p>\n

The tour involves three facilities over the course of 10 months. It\u2019s the first time that Borgata and MGM have worked in conjunction on such an event.<\/p>\n

Details on the 2020 MGM East Coast Poker Tour<\/h2>\n

The tour, which will only involve properties on the East Coast<\/strong>, begins next month. The kickoff will be the Potomac Winter Open<\/strong>,\u00a0slated for Feb. 5-17 at MGM National Harbor<\/strong> in Oxon Hill, Maryland. The $3,000 buy-in event offers a $500,000 guaranteed prize pool.<\/p>\n

The next four events, including the Armory Classic<\/strong> at MGM Springfield, guarantee prize pools of at least $1 million. Buy-ins for those events range from $2,700 to $3,500, depending on the event.<\/p>\n
