Additionally, according to a Stars Group press release<\/a>, the purchase of the UK-based sports betting and online gaming company will result in The Stars Group becoming the world\u2019s largest publicly traded online gaming company.<\/p>\n

In fact, The Stars Group Chief Executive Officer Rafi Ashkenazi<\/strong> said the acquisition represents an historic moment for the company:<\/p>\n
