The World Poker Tour\u2019s World Online Championships<\/strong> continue playing out at partypoker<\/strong><\/a> through Sept. 14. The WPT500<\/strong> recently crowned a champion and Brazilians continue to dominate the series.<\/span><\/p>\n The Seven-Max Championship also paid out a winner and more main event qualifiers<\/strong> are in the works. Here\u2019s a look at some highlights from the series over the last week.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Two big winners were crowned in the series over the last few days. Brazil\u2019s<\/a> Eder Campana<\/strong> took first in the $2,100 buy-in WPT Seven-Max Championship<\/strong> on Monday, topping a field of 489 players<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n Campana scored a total payout of $169,957<\/strong> in the progressive knockout (PKO) event.<\/span><\/p>\n In the $530 WPT500 on Tuesday, Brazilian player Pedro Cavalieri<\/strong> took the victory for a total payout of $153,503<\/strong>. He beat a field of 2,295 entries to take the largest share of a $1.1 million<\/strong> prize pool.<\/span><\/p>\n All nine finalists secured at least $13,212 and when heads-up, Cavalieri agreed a deal with Austria\u2019s Thomas Hueber<\/strong>. Cavalieri claimed an extra $10,000 along with the title.<\/span><\/p>\n The final table was streamed live on partypoker\u2019s Twitch channel, partypokerTV<\/strong><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n Congratulations to Pedro Cavalieri who is our @WPT<\/a> 500 Champion and is our latest #WPTWOC<\/a> winner.
