It\u2019s been called the Granddaddy of them all, the greatest tournament in the world, and poker\u2019s world championship. No matter what you call it, when the 2018 World Series of Poker Main Event<\/strong> kicks off on July 2, poker fans will find a variety of ways they can follow all the action.<\/p>\n Poker Central<\/strong> and ESPN<\/strong> are getting together again this year to provide tag team coverage for the WSOP. Fans can expect to see all the new characters and their epic storylines fully defined through wall-to-wall coverage throughout the event. ESPN and ESPN2<\/strong> will telecast at least 40 hours of live Main Event coverage and PokerGO<\/strong> will add dozens more throughout the rest the thirteen-day tournament. Plus by following the live reporting on WSOP.com<\/a>, or by checking in on Twitter<\/strong>, fans can go even more in depth.<\/p>\n ESPN\u2019s coverage of the World Series of Poker Main Event has been must-see TV<\/strong> for 15 years now. In 2017, the broadcast came as close to live TV than it ever has before. That new tradition continues this year, giving poker fans the ability to watch the\u00a0Main Event for 13 straight days<\/a> on ESPN and ESPN2 from July 2 \u2013 July 14.<\/p>\n There\u2019s no hiatus this year, the Main Event kicks of early on July 2 and runs straight through until a champion is crowned.
